Electric bicycle retailer needs your opinion

Robyn ELECTRIBIKESHOP ,
I have had very good results with E-bikes from fujiton. They are made in china but seem very safe and solid. They even have the Lithium Iron PO4 like you show on your note. That is a real key to good electric bikes.
You should also look at the top bike shops like Rmartin in Austin. They have a wide variety of E bikes and service what they sell. Having standard size bikes I feel is also a big key.
I would recommend.
a variety of bikes, good lithium batteries , lots of accessories, good service.

When you launch a business, you have studied the market and have a business plan. You should be able to tell us what is the best machine on the market. Consumers buy what they think is the best, so look at the numbers being sold or imported - what is everyone else selling? You will have to offer something better than the competition and not get stuck with an inventory like everyone else when something new comes along,
Then there is the 'getting into business '. Do you have to purchase a 100 to get a good price or is some manufacturer willing to give you inventory? Ask the manufacturers - approach them as a new dealer. You can make more selling lots of cheap bikes than a few really good expensive items.
Best of luck - stay with it- you have a lot to learn.
That's sage advice -- "Know your market" Without that' you're lost. But it does go both ways. The market know's what's hot & what's not. Or more importantly, what's decent and what's trash.
While Walmart gets rich selling lots for a little, I'd respectfully disagree.
You stand a better chance of success be selling the best for the most you can get. Chrystler went bust(but got bailed), so did Yugo(except for the bail), and GM is on the rocks... Mercedes-Benz is still going fine.
Can you be a "Mercedes" dealer? Perhaps, but don't expect them to supply you with inventory.
"Best of luck - stay with it- you have a lot to learn." -- ditto!

I am opening an electric bicycle shop in a large city with many suberbs. The best way for us to know which bikes to buy is to ask the consumer what brands are great, and what brands are not great. Please email your experience with the manufacturers name and if you liked it or not, and explain why you liked it.
Thanks everybody!
