Help me to be cured of blackheads.
Hi! I have also faced the same problem but then one
of my friends told me about the online guide that has good ways to treat acne
scars which I used as they were natural
acne treatments and I tell you...it really made me feel better. Now
everything is fine. I will suggest you also that try it and your problem will
also get solved.
A little bit-o-background.
Vitamin B5, also called pantothenic acid, is one of eight water-soluble B vitamins. Pantethine, an active stable form of vitamin B5, has been gaining
attention in recent years as a possible treatment for high cholesterol. Vitamin B5 can be found in all living cells and is widely distributed in foods so deficiency of this substance is rare.
I hate stifling free trade, but I really despise ripoffs. You can spend $1.50 per day on a voodoo-vitamin-cocktail* you already get enough of; or, you can spend $1.50 per month, for cleaner, healthier skin.
If you really want a magic-bullet, read the above FAQ and realize it's just a multi-vitamin, at least they were honest in saying that if you stop taking it your acne might come back.

*BTW: a bar of soap generates far less waste for the landfill than the plastic bottle.
This is Francine - I have the forum on this site. I have read of your problem, Katie and of the answers that you have received.
I will say that when I was a young girl I used Ivory soap and have always used steam and/or warm water to "open" the pores.
But, blackheads that are a problem need more help than that.
I started my skin care company because I had skin cancer removed and my face was extremely senstive. I looked for something safe, natural and effective to clean my face. I needed more than just cleaning products - I needed something that would rid the skin of the scars and discoloration.
After finding none on the market - I developed my own. We have been in business for 15 years. What I created are two exfoliates - powder and cream. They safely remove the top layer of 'dead' skin and bring out the deeply imbedded dirt and debris (blackheads). I am now a certified Esthetician and Cosmetologist and have worked with a chemist to make certain the "blend" of products stays safe and natural.
Everyone should exfoliate. There are products on the market and I tell you that I would be afraid to use them. Most have some sort of Retin A and all seem to have Ascorbic Acid. Retin A can cause birth defects and burning of the skin. Ascorbic acid is very caustic and many people are allergic to it.
The formula I have created is so safe that a person can eat it. I have said that for years and I was asked to demonstrate it on Fox 31 television. I did so and they were amazed at the purity of the product - also - it WORKS!
The powder can be easily made into a paste by applying water to it. Most, if not all, of the blackheads are gone with the first use. In our 15 years of selling these products we have not had one case of someone being allergic to our products.
You might want to take a look at my web site: www.facefitness.com
You will see the products, plus many testimonials from those who have used our exfoliates and lotions - from Diabetics, to cancer victims....teens thru the 70's - men and women.
Our products are very resonably priced. If you call the number listed on the site, I will give you a code number so that you can receive a free sample to try.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Truly green, Francine
The best way to remove blackheads is to remove the cause of them -- excessive sebum (oil) and dead skin cells. Sebum
is an oily secretion of the body and when it becomes trapped in the skin it
results in acne and blackheads. The best way to deal with a problem is to know
the basic cause for it and then deal with it. So, I advice you to go for a
product that contains Vitamin B5 that helps to get rid of too much sebum. The
sebum which is produced in excess will be reduced and this will be a benefit
for your skin. A product called Clearly Gone has a good amount of Vitamin B5 and you can
use this to cure your problems. I do recommend the use of this product that has
Vitamin B5 as this vitamin is a harmless vitamin and you will be benefited if
you try to reach the core of the problem rather than keeping it to the surface.

Ivory soap & warm water.
Wash hands thoroughty first with warm water.
Wash and *rub* face with clean fingertips for 2-3 minutes and repeat 3-5 times until facial skin is no longer oily. You will actually feel skin on skin, this is how you know it's working!
Then splash face with cool to cold water.
Keep repeating this every day and in 2 weeks or less your skin will be free of blackheads, whiteheads, blemishes, dry patches, etc.
This works for guys, girls, teens, and adults. For babies and the elderly only repeat once.
** Warning ** This procedure is _dermatologist condemned_ because it generated no revenue. It will correct 99% of common skin ailments in otherwise healthy people.
I've been telling people about this for 30+ years, and it *always* works, if you stick to it. On day one your face might be red... it should be pink if you did it right! On day 2 your face might be pink, but for less than 2 hours. By day 3 the pink will fade in 15 minutes, you will be noticably clearer.
Around day 4-8 you may have several whitehead blemishes as the skin reacts to the new-found stimulation.
By the middle of week 2 your blackhead pores will be significantly less visible. after 2 weeks you will be reaching clean skin in 2 or 3 lathers, and by week 3 you'll likely reach a 2 lather breakthru.
Keep it up, wash face morning & night. Enjoy your new face.
