Eco Prefab Homes
Growing up in a small town in Northern California has helped Nichoel develop a respect of the relationship between humankind and the environment. This awareness is engrained in all that she does. She believes that how we design our homes should compliment the environment, not harm it. And at the same time, building green should be an affordable option for all families.
The leader in the HUD green design community, and student at UCDAVIS for Green Architecture, Nichoel's commitment to sustainable living and design remains constant throughout all of her work. She has been published in Sacramento Bee, Auburn Journal, Wheatland Citizen, a live on CBS GOOD DAY SACRAMENTO. Nichoel is currently working on a design for a Green 1200sqft Prefab Home to be featured at the Auburn How Show this spring, where she will also be giving seminars, green living tips, and advice for those interested in building green.
Nichoel and her husband, Paul, and son Trey (17), and dog Luce, still live in Northern California.
Memeber of USGBC, BuildItGreen, CMHI and Energy Star
