human powered bicycling is really the best. You get more exersize and don't even use any grid power or batteries. I've ridden over 100 miles in 1 day. Most of the time I commute to and from work a distance of 20 miles each way. Even in the summer heat It's fun.
It makes you more aware of the world around you. You heard birds and I even notice the moon out during the day. With 68% of American over wieght self power is the best.
