A while back some effort was invested to design all steel buildings and pre cut all components in a factory. This would reduce waste dramatically and speed up construction. Delivery to the site would require one flatbed, and the building could be recycled.
This type of assembly line would reduce construction costs but would have initial costs to set up the factory. Steel buildings come in all shapes and sizes - look just like wooden buildings - and resist tornadoes. I'm sure someone can build one for you.
